INDEPENDENT TASK
Independent capstone: finish run in starter.py; add a public record N with time 14:15 and an independent test. Run python check.py, inspect the returned artifact and record one failed case you repaired.

STEPS
1. Integrate only the supplied offline operations.
2. Verify public, denied, absent and malformed paths.
3. Add and execute the new N case.
4. Write a release note including your diff, commands, artifact and limitations.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
- Correct public artifact includes the source record and time.
- Denied paths return no artifact.
- Actual execution is distinguished from proposed work.
- No external calls, payments or production claims are required.
