1. Assign source IDs and copy the relevant passages.
2. Record authority, scope and missing metadata.
3. State which capacity you can support and what requires confirmation.

- Use 24 under the supplied applicable terms.
- Flag the email’s identity and authority as unresolved.
- Do not erase contradictory evidence or claim a real venue policy.
