Length, cost and stopping
The pilot runs 90 days from the start date. There is no fee. No money changes hands. Either side may stop at any time by email. No reason is needed.
What VetsLearn provides
- Links to the public lessons, worksheets and downloads. These are the same free materials anyone can use.
- The free facilitation guide (vetslearn.com/resources/facilitation/).
- One email contact for questions: [email protected]
What VetsLearn does not provide
- Instruction. The organization runs its own sessions.
- Reporting. There are no attendance, progress or completion reports.
- Learner data. VetsLearn sends the organization nothing about any learner.
What the organization agrees to share back
Structured feedback by email at the end of the pilot:
- The number of sessions held.
- The attendance count for each session. A number, not names.
- What worked.
- What did not.
No personal data. Do not send names, email addresses, service records or anything else that identifies a learner.
Use of the materials
The organization uses the materials under the “Organizations and classrooms” section of the VetsLearn Terms (vetslearn.com/terms/): non-commercial instruction, with the credit “VetsLearn (vetslearn.com), Soldier Data LLC”, without changes to the content, and with no copy hosted in the organization’s own LMS or website.
What this letter is not
It is not a contract. It is not an endorsement of either side by the other. It is not an approval of any program by Soldier Data LLC, by the organization or by any agency. VetsLearn is self-study: it does not run cohorts, is not a SkillBridge or VET TEC program, and does not certify anyone. Completion is self-reported.
