Terms
Terms, plainly.
The open library is free for personal and educational use. Reuse with credit. Don't repackage it as your own product.
Terms of use
Last updated: 2026-10-09
What you can do with our content
- Read it, share it, learn from it. That's what it's for.
- Send any lesson or email to a teammate. Encouraged.
- Quote us with attribution. Link back to the source page.
- Use the prompts and templates in your own work. The whole point.
What you can't do
- Repackage the lessons as your own course or training product.
- Strip the VetsLearn name and republish.
- Sell the open-library content. It's free for a reason.
- Use our brand, name, or marks to imply an endorsement we haven't given.
Accuracy and limits
We do our best to be accurate. We are also teaching applied AI, where the tools and the market change fast. Some lessons will go out of date faster than others. We'll keep things updated, and we'll tell you when something has been revised.
Nothing on this site is legal, medical, financial, or career advice for your specific situation. It's education. Treat it that way.
Account and conduct
Public lessons, references and prompt samples do not require an account. Full prompt libraries are free with an account. Public cohorts and funded-program enrollment are unavailable. Any future facilitated engagement would require separately agreed terms.
Organizations and classrooms
This section is a standing permission for non-commercial instruction. You do not need to sign anything or ask first.
An organization, school or instructor may:
- Link to any lesson, worksheet or facilitation material published on vetslearn.com.
- Project those pages in a classroom, workshop or meeting.
- Print them for the people being taught.
- Teach from them in sessions the organization runs itself.
The permission has three conditions:
- The instruction is non-commercial.
- Anything printed or shown carries this credit: "VetsLearn (vetslearn.com), Soldier Data LLC".
- The content is used as published, without changes.
An organization, school or instructor may not:
- Charge for the content itself.
- Host a copy in its own learning management system (LMS) or on its own website. Link to the page instead.
- Remove the VetsLearn name.
- Say or imply that VetsLearn endorses the program or delivers it.
We can withdraw this permission from anyone who misuses it. The materials come with no warranty. You decide whether they fit your learners and your rules.
Accounts and completion records
- An account is optional. The public lessons do not need one.
- Completion is self-reported. The learner marks a lesson complete. We do not assess the work.
- Badges and completion records are not certifications. They do not show that a skill was tested.
- To have an account and its records deleted, email [email protected]. The privacy page says what is kept and for how long.
The tools
- The tools at tools.vetslearn.com produce drafts. Check every output before you use it. A draft is not advice.
- Do not enter classified or controlled information.
- Some tools send the text you enter to an AI provider. Those tools say so at the input.
Paid or facilitated work
No paid or facilitated work is offered through this site. Any such engagement needs a separate written agreement with Soldier Data LLC. Nothing on this site is that agreement.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Soldier Data LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the open library content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we'll update this page and note the revision in the metadata above.
