Veteran fee waivers

We found no Georgia veteran-specific formation fee waiver on the state's official pages as of July 2026. The standard steps above still apply.

Registered agent

Georgia requires a registered agent with a Georgia street address (no P.O. boxes).

Do it yourself: A Georgia-resident member can serve as your own registered agent, as long as you list a Georgia street address.

The free LLC Formation Guide walks these steps interactively — costs, waivers, and the proof documents, state by state.
